Terms of Service
Welcome to Rookdash (https://rookdash.com), operated by SS Wealthserv Technologies Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
1. Overview
Rookdash is a revenue analytics tool. It reads from the sources you already run — PostHog for behaviour and payments, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools for search performance, Cloudflare for edge and crawler logs — and joins them on the URL, so every page, query, channel and campaign can be ranked by the revenue it brought in.
There is nothing to install on your website. We do not serve a tracking script to your visitors; we read, on a schedule, from the accounts you connect. Behaviour data refreshes roughly every 30 minutes and the search and crawler sources run nightly, and every screen prints when its data was last written.
Each workspace is a project. A project holds its own connectors, its own configuration and its own team, and data is never read across projects.
2. Accounts and team access
Sign-in is with a Google account, and an invitation is accepted by signing in with the address it was sent to. You must give accurate account and billing information and keep it current. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
A project has three roles. An owner controls billing, connectors and deletion. An admin manages members and configuration. A viewer reads the screens. A member may only grant a role strictly below their own, and the owner role is transferred rather than handed out. An owner may also hide revenue figures from viewers, in which case the shape of the data remains visible and the amounts do not.
The number of seats a project may hold — active members plus pending invites — is set by its plan. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without authorisation.
3. Connected sources and your authority to connect them
You connect a source by supplying a credential: a PostHog project key, a Google service account, a Bing Webmaster key, a Cloudflare token. By doing so you confirm you own those accounts or are authorised to connect them, and that you may lawfully have us process the data they hold.
Every credential is verified against its provider before it is saved, is encrypted at rest, and is only ever decrypted server-side to run a read. Where a provider offers a read-only scope we ask for the read-only scope. We do not write to, post from, or otherwise modify your connected accounts.
You may remove a connector at any time. Removing it stops future reads; data already collected stays until the project or the data is deleted.
4. Plans, limits and what happens at a cap
A plan sets the caps for a project: which connectors may run, how many seats it holds, how far back a screen may read, how many page rows and tracked queries it keeps, and how many connector runs it may make per day. The plan in force is shown on the billing screen along with the caps it grants.
Reaching a cap
- Nothing already collected is discarded. Reaching a cap narrows what a project may add or read next; it never deletes data you already have.
- A connector outside your plan refuses to run. It does not fail silently, and the screen says which source is unavailable and why.
- Seats, pages and tracked queries stop at their limit. Adding beyond it requires a plan that covers it.
- History is clipped to your plan's window. Screens read no further back than the window your plan allows.
You may upgrade at any time to raise a cap. You may downgrade at any time, effective from the next billing cycle, provided your usage fits within the lower plan.
5. Fees, taxes and renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processors, and renew automatically until cancelled. The price shown at checkout is the amount charged. Card and bank details are handled by the processor and never reach our servers; we store only the processor's references, an invoice per cycle, and the billing details you enter.
For customers billed in India, prices are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate, split on the invoice as CGST and SGST for an intra-state sale and as IGST otherwise. The split is determined by your billing country and state, not by the currency you pay in, so enter them accurately.
A failed payment
- While retries are running, your subscription is past due and access continues. The billing screen says what failed and how long the grace period runs.
- When retries are exhausted, the subscription is halted and paid features stop until a working payment method is supplied.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A price change applies from your next renewal, never mid-cycle.
6. Cancellation, refunds and data after cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the billing screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; access and collection continue until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for a partial month, except where a refund is required by law or where you were charged in error — write to us and we will put it right.
After a subscription ends, the project moves to the free plan's caps. You may delete a project yourself at any time, which removes its configuration, its stored credentials and its collected data. If you want your data before you go, take it from the screens or the API while your access is live.
We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, for a breach of these terms, or where we are required to by law. Where the reason allows it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
7. Your data and who controls it
The data we read from your connected sources is yours. We process it to run the service for you, and we do not sell it, rent it, or use it to train models.
For that data you are the controller and we are the processor. Because your sources can carry data that identifies your visitors and customers — a name, an email address, a phone number, an approximate location — that role split matters. As controller you are responsible for:
- Having a lawful basis and, where required, consent for the collection your own site and product perform before we ever read it.
- Telling your visitors what you collect, why, and who processes it on your behalf.
- Handling data-subject requests — access, correction, deletion, restriction. We will assist you in meeting them.
As processor we act on your instructions, keep the data secure, keep each project isolated from every other, and delete it when you delete the project. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we hold and for how long.
8. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and for your own business. You may not connect sources you are not authorised to connect; upload or process data you have no right to process; attempt to reach another tenant's data or to circumvent the role and plan checks; probe, scrape or overload the service; or resell it as your own product without a written agreement.
9. Availability and change
We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as-is and we do not offer an uptime guarantee. Data freshness depends on the providers you connect: when a source is unavailable or rate-limits us, the affected screen reports the gap rather than hiding it.
We develop the product continuously and may add, change or withdraw features. We will not remove a substantial paid capability without notice by email.
10. Warranties and liability
The service reports on data supplied by third-party providers and is a decision aid, not a book of record. It is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent the law allows. You remain responsible for your own financial, tax and compliance records.
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid SS Wealthserv Technologies Pvt Ltd in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email to account owners at least 14 days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always states the version in force. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of SS Wealthserv Technologies Pvt Ltd have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
